Responsibilities
Manage Daylite (CRM Tools); ensuring accurate data entry and organization
Initiate and oversee new finance projects
Manage email communications
Generate weekly reports
Attend daily and weekly team meetings
Following up on unsigned documents
Send fee authorizations and agreements
Qualifications
Excellent communication skill; written and verbal in English (IELTS test will be a plus point)
1 year of experience in an administrative roll will be a plus point
A willingness to be flexible and adapt to change
-Prefeerably have a Experience in Loan/Mortgage Processing
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work (crucial)
-An interest in undertaking training and development to learn new skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
