Pt. Natari Pratama is founded on 2007. As a Outsourcing, Offshoring and Headhunter company we provide many service for our client solutions such as Cleaning Service, Security, Admin, Etc. Currently we're opening a Vacancy for our Offshore Client.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Daylite (CRM Tools); ensuring accurate data entry and organization

  • Initiate and oversee new finance projects

  • Manage email communications

  • Generate weekly reports

  • Attend daily and weekly team meetings

  • Following up on unsigned documents

  • Send fee authorizations and agreements

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skill; written and verbal in English (IELTS test will be a plus point)

  • 1 year of experience in an administrative roll will be a plus point

  • A willingness to be flexible and adapt to change

-Prefeerably have a Experience in Loan/Mortgage Processing

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work (crucial)

-An interest in undertaking training and development to learn new skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
