- Provide administrative support to the commercial management team, ensuring all process are implement effectively and standard of performance attained
- Maintain all product/services and pricing information on central system and individual customer profile
- Create revised price lists as required and issue to customers as appropriate
- Process all incoming order receive via telephone, email or web, responding quickly and efficient and up-selling wherever possible
- Enter all order on the system, ensuring quantities, price and discount are accurate, issuing order confirmations to customers, and maintain daily sales order accuracy report
Job Requirements:
- Min. Diploma or equivalent (Any Major)
- Age max. 25 years
- Able to speak & write in English, (Japanese language is a advantage)
- Work experience 0-2 years as Admin Sales (EPC Company preferable) freshgraduates are welcome
- Have a good microsoft office skill (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Agile, accurate, neat, and diligent
- Able to join ASAP
