Responsibilities
- Looking for new customers accounts and following up on the needs of existing customers
- Become a point of contact with customers to help with business needs
- conducting meetings with customers, identifying opportunities and closing sales, collaborating with internal teams on the customer side
- Preparing sales quotations, contracts, reports, and serving customer feedback problems and offering solutions
- Generate new sales revenue, increase customer satisfaction and maximize penetration to ensure ROI can be achieved
Qualifications
- Candidate must posses at least Bachelor's Degree from any major
- At least 2 years of working experience in IT or ISP industry
- Able to make presentations with corporate clients, sales strategy B2B, negotiation, and persuasive communication
