Responsibilities

  • Looking for new customers accounts and following up on the needs of existing customers
  • Become a point of contact with customers to help with business needs
  • conducting meetings with customers, identifying opportunities and closing sales, collaborating with internal teams on the customer side
  • Preparing sales quotations, contracts, reports, and serving customer feedback problems and offering solutions
  • Generate new sales revenue, increase customer satisfaction and maximize penetration to ensure ROI can be achieved

Qualifications

  • Candidate must posses at least Bachelor's Degree from any major
  • At least 2 years of working experience in IT or ISP industry
  • Able to make presentations with corporate clients, sales strategy B2B, negotiation, and persuasive communication
