About the RoleWe're looking for an Inventory & Logistics Staff to support daily warehouse and logistics operations for our e-commerce business. You'll be responsible for coordinating goods handovers to 3PL partners, managing stock movement and documentation, monitoring deliveries and returns, and ensuring all activities run efficiently and meet the company's SLA.
Responsibilities- Manage and optimize logistics activities (such as transportation and routing) to ensure on-time and efficient delivery of goods to customers.
- Coordinate closely with warehouse operations to ensure alignment with logistics priorities and SLA targets.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and implement effective stock control procedures.
- Verify delivery orders and handle return-to-warehouse processes (e.g., customer refunds, undelivered items, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient logistics strategies.
- Prepare handover sheets and daily reports for logistics activities.
- Create regular improvement initiatives to enhance performance within the scope of work.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Management.
- Must have 3 years of experience in a distribution company or 3PL within the logistics industry.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (ability to process large data sets and use complex formulas for data analysis).
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with data and digital tools.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is a must.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to perform well under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail with good coordination and problem-solving skill
