Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Experience in Employer Branding, Employee Engagement, or Corporate Communication.
  • Experience in managing social media, campaign planning, and event execution.
  • Strong storytelling, copywriting, and creative thinking skills.
  • Familiar with data analytics, social media insights, and employer branding metrics.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work cross-functionally with HR and marketing teams.
