Role Description

This role supports the Business Manager in managing the day-to-day financial and accounting activities of 11th Space, our business portfolios, and selected finance/accounting related client projects. You'll be responsible for bookkeeping, reporting, taxation, and supporting project-related financial operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all entities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounting transactions, including bookkeeping, journal entries, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and update monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
  • Handle invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable to ensure proper cash flow management.
  • Manage multiple client projects, ensuring tasks are executed on time and within agreed scope, including budgeting, P&L, cashflow report, and monthly financial statements.
  • Assist in preparing financial data and documentation for management, audits, and investor reviews.
  • Coordinate tax documentation and submissions (PPN, PPh, annual returns) with external consultants.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of finance processes and reporting tools.

  • Has strong attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability.
  • Has strong analytical and financial skills, comfortable working with numbers and models.
  • Understands accounting principles and Indonesian tax regulations.
  • Is organized, disciplined, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communicates clearly and collaborates well across teams and with clients.
  • Able to do financial modeling, project analysis, and cross-unit finance operations.

Preferred Background

  • Bachelor's degree in 
    Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
    .
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting, financial operations, or project finance.
  • Proficient in using accounting systems such as 
    Accurate, Mekari Jurnal, Odoo, and/or Jubelio
    .
  • Experience in 
    consulting, startup, or multi-entity businesses
     is a plus.
  • Strong skills in 
    Excel or Google Sheets
     for financial tracking and reporting.

Salary range: around Rp5, net/month
