Field Admin Support

Location: Jember, Kediri, Madiun

Responsibilities

Conduct field research and validation to identify F&B merchants not yet listed on online delivery platforms. Verify that each validated merchant is actively operating. Collect accurate contact information (phone number and email) from business owners or managers. Document and update merchant data accurately using Google Forms and Google Sheets.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma (D1) in any field. At least 1 year of experience in field operations or similar outdoor roles. Proficient in Google Workspace (Forms, Sheets) and familiar with social media for data research. Detail-oriented, organized, and target-driven with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and manage tight deadlines. Owns a motorcycle and holds a valid SIM C license. Willing to be based in Jember/Kediri/Madiun. Interest or knowledge in the culinary industry is a plus.
