  • Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate individuals.
  • Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry and document preparation.

Qualification

  • Diploma or equivalent.
  • Has minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Fluency in ENGLISH will be a plus point.
  • Applicants are expected to present themselves in a polished and well-groomed manner.
  • Minimum height 160cm.
