- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate individuals.
- Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry and document preparation.
Qualification
- Diploma or equivalent.
- Has minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Fluency in ENGLISH will be a plus point.
- Applicants are expected to present themselves in a polished and well-groomed manner.
- Minimum height 160cm.
