Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, assisting customers with product selection, and developing tailored solutions to meet customer needs. The Sales Engineer will also handle pre-sales and post-sales activities, build and maintain customer relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Engineering and providing Technical Support
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Sales and developing customer relationships
- Technical knowledge of solar panel components and systems
- Ability to work on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field is a plus
- Previous experience in the solar industry is advantageous
