Job Summary

Our Sales team support our customers by providing clinical information about products, educational information, clinical training programs and resources. We support healthcare providers and healthcare systems meet the goals of the patients in their communities.

Professional Medical Representative is responsible to achieve sales objectives, increasing market share growth of product line, representing and promoting the company within specified activity.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Activity: Achieve targets and deliver high customer service to existing and potential customers. Conduct presentations/detailing to doctors, practice staff, nurses, pharmacists related to products and new product. Plan work schedules for visits weekly/monthly and make reports. Regularly attend company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings.
  • Monitoring competitor activity and competitors' products.
  • Work with team managers to plan approach contacts and create effective business plans.
  • Customer and Distributor Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • External Relationship: Doctors – doctors aware and recommend our product to their patients. Hospital and Clinic – build good relationship with hospital and clinic to gain positive outcome. Key Opinion Leader – consult and support KoL, becoming a company associate. Distributor – check and ensure stock availability.
  • Internal Relationship: Marketing Team – execute marketing plan. Marketing Coordinator – collaborate for event process, expenses, and HOD. Medical Team – provide medical knowledge & medical journal for internal & external stakeholders. – collaborate with Sales Force Effectiveness Team (related with new HCP) and Key.
