Qualifications:
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of work experience with the ability to:
Lead and manage projects.
- Prepare Bill of Materials.
- Develop time schedules and S-Curves.
- Prepare work execution methods.
- Understand and develop Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and HSE Plans.
- Experienced or familiar with preparing CSMS (Contractor Safety Management System) documents.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Capable of managing projects according to schedule (on schedule) and budget (on budget).
- Experienced in projects related to Fertilizer, Power Plant, and Refinery.
