Qualifications:

Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of work experience with the ability to:
Lead and manage projects.
Prepare Bill of Materials.
Develop time schedules and S-Curves.
Prepare work execution methods.
Understand and develop Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and HSE Plans.
Experienced or familiar with preparing CSMS (Contractor Safety Management System) documents.
Strong leadership skills.
Capable of managing projects according to schedule (on schedule) and budget (on budget).
Experienced in projects related to Fertilizer, Power Plant, and Refinery.
