Responsibilities

Community & Project Management

  • Develop, publish, and generate reports on daily pharmacy content within the app
  • Review the quality of pharmacy content across various publication channels
  • Oversee and manage user activity for SwipeRx's Indonesian audience within the app
  • Design, implement, and monitor monthly and weekly engagement campaigns in collaboration with the community team
  • Develop and publish educational and promotional content for pharmaceutical and self-care products according to client specifications
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment in publishing and reporting for client projects
  • Develop and review curricula and terms of reference for webinars, microlearning, training sessions, and seminars
  • Identify and select qualified speakers, instructors, and trainers for training and other competency development initiatives
  • Prepare and organize accreditation application documents, including the submission and management of these documents until the accreditation decision (SKP) is issued, for webinars, microlearning sessions, seminars, and similar events

Partnership

  • Identify, approach, and secure collaboration with universities, associations, etc.
  • Serve as the main point of contact, maintaining strong and effective partner relationships.
  • Develop customized partnership proposals and negotiate terms in alignment with mutual goals.
  • Coordinate planning and execution of joint initiatives (Public Lecturer, PKPA, Internship, etc.).
  • Manage partnership agreements and documentation, ensuring timely renewals and compliance.
  • Track performance, report outcomes, and identify opportunities to optimize and expand collaborations.
