Are you a proven project leader with a strong technical background in digital marketing delivery? We are looking for a
Senior Technical Project Manager
to drive complex, multi-channel digital projects from inception to execution, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery for our clients. You will
manage our team of SEO and Social Media experts working on international client projects in Australia. The position can be based in Either Singapore or Jakarta.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end management of digital marketing service delivery projects (web, paid media, SEO/SEM, content, automation, analytics, etc.)
- Translate client requirements into actionable technical and operational plans
- Oversee cross-functional teams (design, development, performance marketing, content, analytics) to ensure seamless project execution
- Serve as the senior point of contact for clients, building trust and ensuring alignment on strategy, deliverables, and KPIs
- Drive process optimization and identify opportunities to scale delivery efficiency
About You
- 7–10+ years of experience in project management with a focus on digital marketing / digital service delivery
- Strong technical knowledge across marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, GA4, CMS platforms, automation tools, etc.)
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects across APAC or global markets
- Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (Asana, Jira, , etc.)
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus
