Responsibilities:

  • Visit customers daily to give product detailing, share and review trade programs, check product availability at customers, and assist customers in tracking orders.
  • Coordinate with ASM and exclusive salesman of distributors every week
  • Monitor sales performance, including exclusive salesman of distributors, and give guidance and advice to the exclusive salesman of distributors to enable them to achieve the target
  • Responsible for achieving target (value and volume) by executing the fixed journey plan, sharing product benefits, product selling points, and trade programs, distributing POSM, and negotiating with customers.
  • Responsible for discussing and reviewing the programs with distributors, joining visits with distributors, and checking and updating stocks at distributors.
  • Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly reports regarding sales performance and trade programs.
  • Follow-up rewards for customers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum hold Diploma in any field
  • Have at least 4 years of sales experience, explicitly handling outlets, Apotek channel, GT channel, midwives channel or local key accounts.
  • Familiar with respective areas.

Location/Base:

  • Yogyakarta (Area coverage ; Sleman, Magelang, Temanggung)
