Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the overall visual direction for campaigns, projects, and branding initiatives.
- Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize ideas that align with brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Assign tasks, provide feedback, and ensure that design work meets high standards and project requirements.
- Manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and troubleshoot to meet project deadlines.
- Stay updated on design trends, emerging technology, and industry standards to keep projects fresh and relevant.
- Introduce new techniques, tools, or processes that enhance creativity and efficiency.
- Ensure all creative work adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across campaigns and platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in art direction or a related creative field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design and art direction projects.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with digital and print production.
- Proficiency in using AI tools for creative processes, such as AI-assisted design, image generation, or predictive analytics for creative strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to balance creativity with business objectives and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Willing to work from the office at the heart of Sudirman, Jakarta.
