We're Hiring: Mortgage Broker Assistant
VA Partners is looking for an additional full-time team member to support our mortgage brokers. As our business grows, we're looking for an admin assistant to support our broker team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
What You'll Do:
Input client data accurately into CRM and lender systems
Organise and file client documentation digitally
Update internal trackers and maintain records
Support with follow-ups and status updates
Communicate with the Australian-based team via email and messaging tools
Perform ad-hoc admin tasks as needed
What We're Looking For:
Detail-oriented and reliable with great time management
Tech-savvy with strong typing and computer skills
Prior experience in data entry/admin preferred
Eager to learn, especially about finance or mortgages
