About the role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Admin Staff to join our team at PT Leenoh Consulting Indonesia. This is a full-time position based in South Jakarta, Jakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.
What you'll be doing
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents, such as agreements with clients, power of attorney, and other legal documents.
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Assist with the coordination of meetings, events, and travel arrangements
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
Support the team with other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
Perform a variety of administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
What we're looking for
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role (finance & legal)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Positive attitude and a team player mindset
