who is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company and its products/services. Their primary goal is to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and ultimately increase sales through various digital channels.

Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience
in digital marketing, with a proven track record in high-growth environments. - Global marketing experience
— demonstrated ability to run campaigns across multiple geographies, tailoring strategies to diverse audiences. - Demonstrable success scaling marketing operations
to drive multi-million-dollar revenue growth across products, platforms, or services. - AI expertise
— strong curiosity, engagement, and demonstrable experience using AI tools, platforms, and strategies in marketing, lead generation, and automation. - Leadership experience
— ability to set up, scale, and manage a small marketing team and work cross-functionally with product, sales, and operations. - Proven expertise in growth marketing funnels
— from top-of-funnel awareness through to conversion, onboarding, and retention. - Hands-on technical skills
in performance marketing (SEO/SEM), analytics (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, attribution modeling), and marketing automation (HubSpot, ConvertKit, or similar). - Proven results in lead generation at scale
, with clear KPIs and case studies to demonstrate pipeline growth and ROI. - Track record in brand building

Responsibilities
- Campaign Management
: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising. - Content Creation
: Collaborate with content teams to develop engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms. - SEO/SEM Optimization
: Conduct keyword research, manage bid strategies, and optimize website and ad copy for search engines. - Social Media Management
: Develop and implement social media strategies, manage social media accounts, and create engaging posts. - Email Marketing
: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis. - Analytics and Reporting
: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. - Website Management
: Work with web development teams to ensure website functionality, user experience, and SEO best practices are met. - Market Research
: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
