Responsibilities :

Supervise and manage product costing processes, including product cost calculation and variance analysis.
Analyze cost variances between standard cost and actual cost, and identify root causes.
Prepare periodic cost reports to support management decision-making.
Monitor and evaluate material usage, labor, and overhead costs in the production process.
Provide recommendations for cost efficiency and control to support company profitability.
Collaborate with production, PPIC, and finance teams on cost and budgeting matters.
Support internal and external audits related to production cost.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in costing, preferably in food/beverage or FMCG manufacturing.
Good understanding of product costing, variance analysis, standard cost, and cost control.
Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle is a plus).
Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and coordination skills across departments.
