Responsibilities :
- Supervise and manage product costing processes, including product cost calculation and variance analysis.
- Analyze cost variances between standard cost and actual cost, and identify root causes.
- Prepare periodic cost reports to support management decision-making.
- Monitor and evaluate material usage, labor, and overhead costs in the production process.
- Provide recommendations for cost efficiency and control to support company profitability.
- Collaborate with production, PPIC, and finance teams on cost and budgeting matters.
- Support internal and external audits related to production cost.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in costing, preferably in food/beverage or FMCG manufacturing.
- Good understanding of product costing, variance analysis, standard cost, and cost control.
- Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across departments.
