Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Warehouse Supervisor, located in North Cikarang. The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including managing shipping and receiving, material handling, and inventory control. The role involves supervising warehouse staff, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the warehouse, and maintaining accurate records of inventory and shipments. The Warehouse Supervisor will also use forklifts for material movement as needed.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills to manage and oversee warehouse staff
- Experience in Shipping & Receiving
- Skills in Material Handling and Inventory Control
- Proficiency in Forklift Operation
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Experience in a similar role in a manufacturing or logistics environment is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant training or certifications is a plus
