Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in expressing their personality trough their ideal dream look, playing a pivotal role in achieving the store's business objectives, customer satisfaction, and overall store success.
- Engage actively in the sales process by providing comprehensive product insights, recommending additional items, and implementing up-selling and cross-selling strategies.
- Passionately convey the brand's Heritage and vision to clients, representing its values authentically.
- Assist with store operational procedures, including opening/closing, inventory management, and maintaining compliance with health & safety standards.
- Explain to the customer in-store and after-sales services, pricing and timing of all services available.
