Responsibilities Website Management
- Manage and update company websites using WordPress, including content uploads, layout adjustments, and functionality improvements.
- Implement new pages and landing pages aligned with marketing goals and brand guidelines.
- Customize WordPress themes and templates (Elementor, WPBakery, or similar tools) to achieve desired design and functionality.
- Perform mid‑level customizations (e.g., page templates, custom features via plugins, CSS or basic PHP edits).
- Conduct regular plugin and WordPress core updates, coordinating with IT on hosting, SSL, and domain matters.
- Monitor and optimize website loading speed, technical SEO, and overall performance.
- Manage caching, compression, and image optimization to maintain smooth performance.
- Implement SEO best practices (meta tags, alt text, structured headings, clean URLs).
- Use Google Analytics and Search Console to track, analyze, and report on website performance.
- Collaborate with the Graphic Designer to translate visual concepts into functional web layouts.
- Apply user experience (UX) principles to improve navigation, readability, and conversion flow.
- Maintain consistent branding and user experience across all company websites.
- Develop clear processes and documentation for website updates, approvals, and publishing.
- Maintain centralized records of website credentials, plugin lists, and update logs.
- Suggest and implement workflow improvements to make content management more efficient.
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Multimedia, Digital Design, or a related field.
- Minimum three years of hands‑on experience managing WordPress websites (multi‑site or corporate experience preferred).
- Proficiency in WordPress , Elementor (or similar page builders), theme and plugin management.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and PHP for mid‑level customization.
- Understanding of UI/UX design and ability to translate design concepts into web pages.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and website performance optimization tools .
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to identify and resolve issues independently.
- Eager to learn new tools, explore better solutions, and grow with the company’s evolving digital strategy.
- Collaborative and able to work effectively with both technical and non‑technical teams.
