Qualifications
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering (preferably Strong Current / Power Engineering).
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HSE or electrical installation projects involving strong current systems.
- Possession of General HSE Certificate (K3 Umum) / Certified Safety Officer (AK3 Umum) is an advantage.
- Familiar with occupational safety standards (SMK3, ISO and relevant government regulations.
- Able to read technical drawings and understand low-current electrical systems.
- Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Disciplined, detail-oriented, and highly responsible for workplace safety.
Job Responsibilities
- Implement and supervise the application of HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) procedures at project sites.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and the working environment.
- Prepare daily and/or weekly reports related to HSE conditions at the project site.
- Provide safety induction and HSE awareness sessions to technicians and subcontractors.
