Qualifications:
- Minimum education: Associate's (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in any major.
- At least 1 year of working experience as a Checker PIB/PEB Creator in a logistics or manufacturing company.
- Strong understanding and knowledge of export flow process, import flow process, logistics operations, and workflow systems.
- Able to operate CEISA 4.0 and Microsoft Office (especially Excel: Pivot, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Detail-oriented, fast, multitasking, and equipped with good communication skills.

Job Description:
- Create PIB Import and ensure data accuracy with shipment documents (IPL, COO, BL, etc.).
- Submit PIB Import documents.
- Coordinate with stakeholders related to the PIB Import process.
- Prepare PIB Import documents for filing purposes.
- Draft PIB Import cancellation letters when necessary.
- Coordinate with Supervisor/Manager for escalation matters.
- Perform reporting and monitoring of PIB Import creation activities.
