Responsibilities:
- Establish and develop relationships with new and existing customers (industry, contractors, distributors, and end-users).
- Promote and present products such as cooling towers, chiller, pumps, and other supporting products to potential customers.
- Prepare and send price quotes according to customer needs.
- Negotiate prices, specifications, and sales terms to achieve established sales targets.
- Follow up on sales prospects until deals are closed.
- Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to ensure product specifications meet customer needs.
- Monitor projects and deliveries, and ensure customer satisfaction with products and services.
- Prepare regular sales and customer visit activity reports for superiors.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
- Participate in exhibitions, seminars, or company promotional activities related to Ebara products.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: Diploma 3/Bachelor's degree (Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred).
- Experience in industrial sales or engineering products (pumps, HVAC, cooling towers, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work with targets and highly motivated in sales.
- Willingness to travel on business trips outside the city
