What you'll be doing
- Oversee and coordinate general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office
- Coordinate company events, meetings and other initiatives
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers as required
- Provide general support and assistance to the management team as needed
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar general affairs or HR generalist role
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with office technology
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Teamwork-oriented with a collaborative and flexible approach
- Fluent in english is a must
