Responsibilities:
- Sales & GMV Growth: Develop campaign strategies and optimize categories & pricing for healthy NMV & margin.
- Channel Management: Manage official store accounts, catalogs, and promotions.
- Performance Marketing: Optimize Shopee & TikTok Ads, monitor CTR, CVR, ROAS, and cost/GMV ratio.
- Data & Analytics: Create daily/weekly reports and analyze competitors for improvement recommendations.
- Team Supervision: Lead admin teams, coordinate with warehouses, finance, and marketing, and train operational teams.
- Live Streaming & Affiliate: Determine live streaming strategies and manage affiliate partnerships.
- Stakeholder & Platform Relation: Negotiate with Shopee & TikTok for campaign placements and special promos.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Management.
- 3-5 years in e-commerce FMCG/retail online with sales ≥ Rp10-20M/month.
- Expertise in Shopee Seller Center, TikTok Seller Center, and Ads Manager.
- Data analysis skills (Excel/Google Sheets/SQL/BI tools).
- Understanding of inventory management, voucher, and CRM Shopee/TikTok.
- Strong Leadership Skills, able to lead teams of 5-15 people.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- High agility and adaptability.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Result-driven with experience working with large targets.
