Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in daily communication with local employees and external partners.
- Translate documents, presentations, and correspondence (Mandarin ⇆ Indonesian/English).
- Provide interpretation during internal meetings and client discussions.
- Prepare and organize documents needed by the General Manager.
- Support sales-related activities, including market visits and business reviews.
- Accompany the General Manager on domestic business trips when required, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Male or female, maximum 35 years old.
- Bachelor's degree (any major).
- Proficiency in Mandarin (minimum HSK 4).
- Strong English skills; trilingual ability (Mandarin–English–Indonesian) preferred.
- Prior experience in sales/trading is highly desirable.
- Previous experience as a personal or executive assistant is a strong plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Indonesia.
- Driving license (SIM A) preferred, as the ability to drive is considered an advantage.
