Job Descriptions:
- Lead end-to-end sales in defined business domains for key accounts, including sales strategy development, customer engagement, commercial design, and negotiation to meet or exceed sales targets and growth plans (both mid- and long-term).
- Support customer business success and build strong customer trust to achieve relationship goals.
- Understand customer business pain points, gain insights, and influence customer business plans in alignment with Huawei's strategic objectives.
- Develop strategies, tactics, and sales plans for key sales projects or accounts.
- Achieve sales, revenue, and market growth targets for assigned accounts.
- Consolidate customer relationships and maintain customer trust.
- Identify opportunities, coordinate internal and external resources, and secure project wins through effective operations.
- Manage transactions, mitigate risks, and achieve business objectives.
- Drive new sales opportunities with internal teams and customers, while supporting market share growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluent in English (oral and written).
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent leadership and managerial abilities.
- Ability to work well in teams and collaborate effectively.
- Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at different levels.
- Charismatic, confident, and extroverted personality.
- Professional and well-mannered in sales interactions.
- Knowledge of telecom products (preferred).
