Front-End Web Developer

You will be responsible for front-end development across multiple websites and digital projects. You will work closely with our designers, project team, and senior backend developer, and you'll play a key role in shaping our front-end standards as the team grows.

• Build and maintain websites using WordPress, custom themes, plugins, and integrations
• Translate designs from Figma / Adobe XD into clean, responsive front-end code
• Work on a variety of client projects in a fast-paced agency environment
• Collaborate with our senior backend developer to deliver high-quality builds
• Implement automation and AI tools to reduce manual tasks
• Identify opportunities for smarter, more efficient development processes
• Ensure strong UI/UX, performance and mobile optimisation
• Troubleshoot, test and continuously improve functionality

• Strong experience with WordPress (themes, plugins, custom functions)
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (and basic PHP preferred)
• Experience with API integrations and third-party tools
• Good understanding of responsive design and front-end best practices
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Strong English communication skills
• Responsible, reliable, and proactive

• Strong skills in Figma and/or Adobe XD
• Experience with automation tools or AI-driven workflows
• Previous experience working in a marketing agency or handling multiple brands
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles
• Leadership qualities or interest in mentoring junior developers in the future

• Full-time remote role (Indonesia-based)
