As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

  • Manage operations projects related to Financial Services, including due diligence, M&A integration / carved-out planning, execution, and PMO management.
  • Lead operational enhancement initiatives within the Financial Services sector.
  • Engage in deal/M&A projects, providing strategic insights and implementation support.
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with client personnel and internal teams.
  • Support operations alignment with strategic objectives in the post-merger phase.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in consulting environments with exposure to deal/M&A projects in Financial Services sectors such as banking, multifinance, insurance, and / or wealth management.
  • Strong analytical skills with proven stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience in operational improvement and commercial due diligence within the FS sector.
  • Ability to evaluate client capabilities and develop operating models.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to lead a team.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Strong leadership abilities and a track record of driving successful project outcomes.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks within the FS sector.
  • Ability to influence decision-making processes at various organizational levels.
