Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in export-import operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written) – required for communication with Chinese suppliers/customers.
In-depth knowledge of export-import regulations, including:
Preparation of shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, COO, BL, etc.)
Indonesian customs procedures and permits (PEB, PIB, NIK, API, etc.)
Placement : Semarang, Jawa Tengah

Requirements :

Strong understanding of HS Codes, Incoterms, shipping documentation, and customs clearance processes.
Experienced in coordinating with freight forwarders, EMKL, PPJK, ports, and customs authorities.
Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and team management skills.
Able to work under pressure and meet tight shipping deadlines.
