Position Summary:
This position is responsible for continuing and enhancing the marketing initiatives previously managed by the former employee. The role focuses on the end-to-end management of both online and offline campaigns — from planning and coordination to execution, analysis, and reporting — to achieve the company's business targets.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing Planning & Budgeting
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar that aligns with company objectives and seasonal opportunities.
• Prepare and manage marketing budgets for campaigns and programs to ensure cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI.
- Campaign Execution (Online & Offline)
• Create and schedule push notifications to boost user engagement and conversions.
• Develop detailed content briefs for internal teams or external agencies to ensure brand and message consistency.
- Coordination & Communication
• Collaborate with PICs of merchants, B2B partners, agencies, KOLs, and the UV team to ensure smooth campaign planning and execution.
• Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners to align all campaign deliverables.
- Offline Events & Brand Activation
• Plan, organize, and execute offline activities such as brand activations, merchant activations, roadshows, and community programs.
• Manage vendors, logistics, and event budgets to ensure successful implementation and strong brand visibility.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics across platforms.
• Prepare weekly reports summarizing key results, insights, and recommendations for future improvement.
- Administrative Support
• Handle marketing administrative tasks, including documentation, tool distribution, and coordination of campaign assets for merchants, B2B partners, agencies, and social media teams.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in marketing campaign management, digital marketing, or event activation, preferably in the F&B, tech, or startup industry.
Proven experience in managing end-to-end marketing campaigns (from planning to reporting).
Skilled in preparing marketing briefs and coordinating with creative teams or agencies.
Capable of handling event operations including vendor coordination, logistics, and budgeting.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
