JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for positions in reaching the company's mission to create a positive impact on society and not only profits. Program manager is responsible for ideating and planning the successful implementation of the training programs, CSR, and advocacy to empower marginalized women and communities to purposefully navigate them to live a better life.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Program Planning & Strategy

  • Develop and execute an overall program management strategy related to program curriculum, monitoring, and evaluation.
  • In charge for internal & external collaboration of program development
  • Collaborate with Impact Relations Manager to create a sustainable program for key partners
  • Curating and adjusting curriculum, syllabus, and creating content master decks for training programs.
  • In charge of pre-assessment, ground execution, and evaluation for the entire programs.

Implementation & Field Coordination

  • Facilitate community meetings and workshops to gather feedback and ensure community buy-in.
  • Address and resolve issues that arise during program implementation promptly and effectively.
  • Adapt program strategies based on field observations and feedback to improve outcomes.
  • Prepare regular reports on field activities, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Post & Monitoring Evaluation

  • Maintains awareness of project dependencies with other initiatives and proactively coordinates processes and resources accordingly.
  • Building relationships with all office & production employees.
  • Measuring the training satisfaction from our impact training program through pre & post test and qualitative interviews.
  • Maintaining impact satisfaction at 4.2 and 90% program effectiveness through our training programs.
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Welfare, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in community development or a related area.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end projects from start to finish.
  • Experience in creating curriculum, syllabi, and lesson plans.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in quantitative and qualitative research methods.
  • Basic understanding of ESG reporting practices.
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
