  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Management, English Literature or related fields.
  • Work experience as a Project Administrator or similar administration role in Civil Engineering Consultant is preferred.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience working as General/Project Administrator/ Bilingual Project.
  • Proficiency in office software, including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation tools (e.g., Microsoft Office suite, Google Workspace).
  • Experience with technical documentation and schedules is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English is essential
  • Have experience working with foreign workers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize them effectively to meet project deadlines.
  • Problem-solving skills with a keen eye for details.
  • Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.
  • Can join the team immediately.
