Responsibilities:
- Manage and train HK, FO, Security & Engineering staffs
- Maintain cleanliness of rooms and common areas (e.g lighting, cleanliness, wifi)
- Address guest complaints on-site and online
- Maintain amenities stock (shower gel, tissue) and cleaning equipment condition (mops, pails)
- Prepare data (e.g scheduling, laundry & amenities consumption) for management team
- Basic revenue analysis & room pricing competitor research
Requirements:
- No older than 35 years old
- Have not worked in more than 2 companies within last 5 years
- Planning and interpersonal skill, experience in de-escalating conflicts
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience
- Undergraduate from any major, preferably supply chain, Hotel management, property management, facility management or General affair
- English fluency
- Basic excel
- 2 positions available, placement in Simpang Lima Semarang or Mangga Besar Jakarta
