Responsibilities:

  • Manage and train HK, FO, Security & Engineering staffs
  • Maintain cleanliness of rooms and common areas (e.g lighting, cleanliness, wifi)
  • Address guest complaints on-site and online
  • Maintain amenities stock (shower gel, tissue) and cleaning equipment condition (mops, pails)
  • Prepare data (e.g scheduling, laundry & amenities consumption) for management team
  • Basic revenue analysis & room pricing competitor research

Requirements:

  • No older than 35 years old
  • Have not worked in more than 2 companies within last 5 years
  • Planning and interpersonal skill, experience in de-escalating conflicts
  • Minimum 4 years relevant experience
  • Undergraduate from any major, preferably supply chain, Hotel management, property management, facility management or General affair
  • English fluency
  • Basic excel
  • 2 positions available, placement in Simpang Lima Semarang or Mangga Besar Jakarta
