XY Illumination is a lighting solution company. We procure, import and supply high end architectural lighting products for construction projects in Jakarta, Bali and Lombok.

The Dispatch and Inventory Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily dispatch operations, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring accurate delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities

Dispatch Coordination :

  • Pack and prepare items for dispatch.
  • Sorting the Incoming goods according to the intended use (e.g for Project or Stock needs).
  • Ensure the goods and shipping labels are properly listed.
  • Ensure that the warehouse area and stock of goods are always neatly organized.
  • Quantity and quality check of received and dispatched items.

Inventory :

  • Maintain accurate stock records in the inventory management system.
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies between system and stock levels.
  • Coordinate incoming shipments and oversee proper storage of materials/products.

Documentation & Reporting :

  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Filling the Incoming Receiving Goods Form.
  • Prepare inventory report.
  • Prepare correct documentation for every shipment.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree (S1)
  • Minimum 2–3 years' experience in dispatch, inventory control.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office (Excel in particular).
