Responsibilities:
- Drive and secure new businesses
- Be the developer of strong customer accounts, focusing on value proposition and sustainable relationships.
- Identify good market opportunities and collaborate with innovation team in ensuring the right solution for our customers and target market
- Be proactive to understand the competitive environment, implement ways to protect and grow our business.
- Work cross-functionally across Supply Chain Operations, Procurement, Finance, Ops, Customer Service teams to develop and execute on the client strategies in a collaborative way that maximizes the outcomes.
- Deliver key account growth through continuous value-add solution selling and delighting customers via solid KAM management and keeping their service level targets.
- Research and plan opportunities through promotion of right product portfolio, with the aim of continually advancing sales and improve operating profit.
- Involve him/herself fully in the category planning / customer planning process, and deliver actions agreed
Requirements:
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Engineering & related majors
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the relevant industries within a B2B technical sales environment
- Possess proven experience with sales & business development through sharp hunting capabilities.
- Track record with regional market development & new product implementation will be plus.
- Experience in account management and team working within a B2B technical sales environment.
- Familiarity with sales performance tools & salesforce CRM tools would be relevant
- Conversant with all Microsoft Office applications, Tableau and Power BI would be an added advantage
