Bachelor Degree in IT or equivalent.
Minimum 2-3 years working experience as Technical Writer / IT Governance / IT Policy.
Familiarity with procedures and governance controls, and ability to document them clearly.
Detail-oriented; ability to design and document systems down to each specification.
Ability to communicate in English is preferred.
Organized and documentation-oriented (not anti-documentation).
Basic common sense functioning normally.
Not 100% introvert; able to connect with different people daily.
Enjoy team bonding (coffee, meals, or snacks together).
Team-player mindset (proud to work as part of a team rather than a lone superstar).
Maintain a sense of humor and stay calm under pressure.
Courage to speak up and share opinions.
