In this position, your role and responsibility are:

  • Conducting tender (tender documents, pre-bid, clarification, negotiation and contract execution)
  • Estimating and establishing cost parameters and budgets for purchases.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
  • Reviewing and analysing all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options.
  • Negotiating the best deal for pricing and supply contracts.
  • Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers.
  • Maintaining and updating lists of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future developments.
  • Comply and obey with Legal requirements related with Quality, Environmental and Health Policy and other relevant documents in the Company.

To apply, you must have at least 5 years of experience, a bachelor's degree in a technical field, and knowledge of contracts and tendering (project and mining sector experience are welcome)
