In this role, you’ll get to:
  • Spearhead the development, execution, and optimisation strategy for growing Agoda’s new & emerging marketing channels.
  • Conduct end‑to‑end analysis of large, complex datasets related to channel performance, user behaviour, and market trends, translating data into actionable insights.
  • Develop hypotheses, design experiments (e.g., A/B tests), and build structured analyses to evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive data‑driven decisions for channel growth.
  • Partner closely with business functions to identify opportunities, analysing and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets using SQL, Tableau or similar tools.
  • Communicate complex findings, performance updates and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to key stakeholders, including senior management.
What you’ll need to succeed:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst in tech, consulting, e‑commerce or digital marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics or Finance.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Proficiency in business intelligence tools and data warehousing (SQL, Tableau, MS Excel).
  • Innovative problem‑solving skills – ability to tackle complex challenges in a non‑linear fashion.
  • Stakeholder management & communication – influence and persuade across all levels, including senior management.
