About the Role

As a Site Acquisition Manager at SEVEN Retail Group, you will play a key role in driving the expansion of our Lifestyle & Education retail brands by identifying and securing strategic new locations. You'll work cross-functionally to ensure every new site delivers both market impact and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute end-to-end site acquisition strategy aligned with business growth objectives

  • Identify and assess high-potential locations through market research, consumer mapping, and competitive analysis

  • Conduct comprehensive site feasibility studies: demographics, foot traffic, accessibility, and financial viability

  • Negotiate lease or purchase agreements with property owners, agents, and developers to secure favorable terms

  • Oversee and ensure compliance with all permitting, zoning, and regulatory requirements prior to site handover

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Operations, and Projects) to ensure smooth and timely execution

  • Monitor progress of new site development, ensuring adherence to timeline, budget, and brand standards

  • Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on acquisition pipeline, site performance, and market insights

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Site Acquisition, preferably in the Retail or F&B industry

  • Strong analytical skills in market assessment, financial feasibility, and consumer demographics

  • Proven negotiation and deal-closing experience in securing commercial properties

  • Deep understanding of licensing, permits, and retail regulatory frameworks

  • Effective project management and stakeholder coordination skills

  • Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment

  • Willing to travel for site visits as needed
