- Develop and drive the strategy for the product categories, ensuring alignment with Marketing and Sales Team
- Analyze store performance and customer traffic patterns to strategically allocate tenants, categories, and products within the store
- Lead the process of selecting, adding, and eliminating products (SKUs) within the category to maximize sales and inventory efficiency while catering to target customer needs
- Oversee the planning, development, and execution of store layout and planograms to ensure effective product placement and optimal utilization of shelf space
Qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail or category management
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Proficient in retail analytics, planogram tools, and inventory management systems
- Good understanding of shopper behavior and merchandising principles
- Excellent negotiation and cross-functional coordination skills
