Responsibilities
  • Translate conversations between Chinese and Indonesian workers.
  • Assist in meetings, briefings, and operational discussions.
  • Support the team by translating written materials when required.
  • Ensure translations are accurate, clear, and culturally appropriate.
  • Accompany experts for coordination in the field and in the office.
  • Experience in dealing with Asian vendors.
  • Purchasing and import department responsibilities: make price comparisons, liaise and negotiate with overseas suppliers, prepare documentation for orders, negotiate best prices by email/phone, make purchase orders, sign contracts, open letters of credit, monitor purchased items until arrival at the warehouse based on schedule, check and complete import documents, schedule PIB payment, make tally sheets, ensure all orders are followed up and containers arrive on time.
Requirements
  • D3/S1 Degree in Sasta Mandarin
  • 2 years work experience in similar positions in buying, purchasing, or importing.
  • Hardworking, able to multi‑task, resourceful, and proactive with a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.
  • Computer literate, competent in internet usage, Ms Office, Excell.
  • Be able to work under pressure, good communication skill, working in team.
  • Required Skill: has knowledge about savory raw materials, good analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Understanding of import license and regulation would be an advantage.
  • Fluent in oral and written english and mandarin.
  • Full time position available.
  • Willing to work in Sidoarjo.
