Role Description
- Develop and maintain the entire design process from concept to final execution across various branding and promotional materials, including print advertisements, packaging, social media assets, website visuals, and POSM materials.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (such as Creative, Motion, and 3D divisions) to produce cohesive and impactful visual content.
- Utilise AI tools to enhance key visuals, optimise design workflows, and improve overall production efficiency while staying up to date with the latest AI and design trends.
- Conduct regular research and analysis of visual and creative trends to elevate design quality and ensure brand consistency in client pitching decks and marketing assets.
- Create and adapt designs for both online and offline marketing channels to strengthen the client's brand presence.
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity for clients across all communication and social media touchpoints.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Provide creative direction, guidance, and feedback to the Graphic Design team to maintain excellence and consistency in all deliverables.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Creative Designer, or in a similar creative role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital, motion, and POSM design.
- Highly creative with excellent attention to detail and strong aesthetic judgment.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Passionate about creativity, innovation, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Freepik, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly) is a strong plus
