Job Description
The incumbent is responsible to act as financial strategic advisor and business partner; influence decision-making; improve the understanding of business performance; developing strategies; delivering analysis and insights on P&L; providing options and scenarios for business decisions.
- Support local, regional, and global projects as assigned and develop financial plans and models based on an in-depth understanding of business needs with the objective of achieving growth and profitability target.
- Development of insights and business recommendations based on regular insights to manage expenses / budget and financial accountability.
- Deliver analysis and provide insights for performance monitoring drivers, forecast future trend, co-create solutions and participate in actions to improve business result.
- Coordinate with related stakeholders to review the proposal of projects/business activities and financial aspects related.
- Coordinate with related stakeholders to review the achievement of sales performance through several indicators such as APE, GWP, Persistency etc and related to the budget that has been approved.
- Adhere to the policy and procedure related of risk management, compliance, legal and other departments as per company's direction.
Qualifications
- Min. Bachelor degree from Accounting, Finance, Mathematics
- Min 2-3 years working experience in Insurance industry
- Strong knowledge on the concepts of not limited to General Accounting, Actuarial, Investment, and Risk Management in an Insurance industry
- Capability in data analysis
