Key Responsibilities
- Organize and manage the directors' schedules, set reminders, arrange meetings, and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure agendas run smoothly.
- Handle directors' needs including accommodation, business travel, transportation, meals, and other related requirements.
- Prepare and accompany directors during internal and external meetings.
- Ensure directors' office and meeting rooms are neat, organized, and ready for use.
- Manage correspondence with internal and external parties to ensure proper documentation.
- Receive, review, and distribute approval documents, reports, and incoming letters to the directors.
- Arrange guest reception for directors to ensure proper hospitality.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Secretarial Studies.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Proficient in English (active).
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong time management, public speaking, and correspondence skills.
