Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage the directors' schedules, set reminders, arrange meetings, and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure agendas run smoothly.
  • Handle directors' needs including accommodation, business travel, transportation, meals, and other related requirements.
  • Prepare and accompany directors during internal and external meetings.
  • Ensure directors' office and meeting rooms are neat, organized, and ready for use.
  • Manage correspondence with internal and external parties to ensure proper documentation.
  • Receive, review, and distribute approval documents, reports, and incoming letters to the directors.
  • Arrange guest reception for directors to ensure proper hospitality.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) in Secretarial Studies.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Proficient in English (active).
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong time management, public speaking, and correspondence skills.
