GA Staff - Japanese Speaker (for new company)
We're looking for someone who has experiences in Online Submission (OSS-RBA) and BPJS registration, combined with exceptional corporate document management skills for one of our client that will establish their company in East Jakarta or Bekasi.
Responsibilities
- OSS-RBA Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all business licensing and compliance activities through the Online Submission (OSS-RBA) system. This includes obtaining the Business Identification Number (NIB), managing Izin Usaha, and ensuring the fulfilment of all commitment-based licensing requirements.
- BPJS Administration: Handle all aspects of employee and corporate registration, reporting, and administration for both BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (Employment Social Security) and BPJS Kesehatan (Health Social Security).
- Legal Document Handling: Prepare, organize, and manage critical corporate legal and administrative documents, including contracts, permits, leases, and regulatory submissions. Work with external consultants (e.g., Notaris, legal counsel) to ensure full local compliance.
- Bilingual Communication: Act as a vital communication and translation bridge, interpreting and translating complex legal and administrative documents and discussions between local staff and Japanese management.
- General Administration (GA): Provide comprehensive administrative support, including office setup, vendor management, asset inventory, and facility oversight to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- Japanese language skill is Mandatory: Native or near-native proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher), both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with the Japanese head office. (N3 level is open to apply).
- Indonesian Compliance Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience (2+ years) managing or assisting with legal compliance in Indonesia, specifically involving the OSS-RBA system and BPJS registration.
- Document Control Skills: Strong track record in preparing, reviewing, and filing formal corporate and legal documentation.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Law, Management, Administration, Japanese language or a related field is preferred.
